Yesterday evening, we lucky women at GLAMOUR must speak to the lovely Gwyneth Paltrow about her Max Factor effort celebrating 100 decades of Glamour, which sees her recreating attractiveness appears from four distinct decades, and 4 distinct attractiveness idols: Audrey Hepburn, Brigitte Bardot, Farrah Fawcett also Madonna. You proved with Glamour campaign's Max Factor one hundred years do you believe is the maximum you and you could work a look from any decade, which was your look? Gwyneth: I think the Audrey Hepburn's appearance is something that could be fun to do, although it's hard to say I suppose the look is most likely the closest to the way I'd go out into a red carpet thing. They're great, you know. I think it is been a long time because I've had my look, but experiment with make-up and I'm trying to branch out more. For make-up a nice and mascara lipgloss.
GLAMOUR: Whose make-up seem do you the most admire in the world of fashion, music and film? Gwyneth: I actually love Gwen Stefani's full make-up appearance that she wears all of the time, even to a playdate. Maybe something actually unexpected like a punk look, like a Grace Jones kind of matter, using stripy eye make-up also a punk haircut or something like which. GLAMOUR: What was the procedure for deciding to make healthful eating and living a way of life? Gwyneth: I used to chain smoke also drink diet sodas also everything, also I feel when my Dad was diagnosed using cancer which has been a real wake up call for me, with regards to I got very intrigued in good food and how we may actually enhance health by what we eat, and workout.
That is when I really got intrigued in it. GLAMOUR: Do you ever not really seem like exercising, also the way do you stay motivated to keep fit? Gwyneth: Every day! Tracy Anderson, my trainer, said to me at one point years ago, Just make it like brushing your teeth. Do not even think about it, it is only something you do, you do it each and every day, do not place any weight on it, simply do it like you are brushing your teeth. We basically teach them into be inactive a lot of times. So I think it is just about inviting them to remain active, to be outside, to operate, to swing and skate or whatever it's they are doing, and for me one way which I involve them with healthful food is that I've a tiny little garden also we go to get herbs.
